How long are the weekly sessions?
Each session runs approximately 75–90 minutes. We honor depth without rushing nervous systems.
What if I miss a session?

I’m new to embodiment. Will I be okay?
Yes. Practices are gentle and invitational. You choose your pace; your body leads. No prior experience is required—just a willingness to show up as you are.
Do I need to commit or pay anything now?
